Dollar Energy Now Open

The Dollar Energy Program in Allegheny County opened on October 3^rd. Dollar Energy assists those who are income eligible with restoring utility service or with preventing a shut off from occurring. If you, or someone you know, is currently without service or has received a shut off notice, the number to call for application information is 1-888-282-6816.
